Proposal Guidelines for Brownfields Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund, and Cleanup Grants

West Virginia Senate Bill 603 authorized the creation of the north and south brownfield assistance centers. The centers are charged with assisting communities in identifying opportunities for the restoration of abandoned or underutilized properties.
