Exhibitor Information

Thank you for reserving an exhibit space. Please read the following information carefully.

Set up:

4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday Evening August 31st
7:30 AM to 9 AM on Tuesday Morning September 1st

Each Exhibit will be provided:

• exhibit location at registration and tables will be labeled
• skirted exhibit table (6 ft rectangle)

Exhibit Area:

The Exhibit Areas will be open from 9 AM to 6:00 PM on September 1st.
There are two 30 minute breaks built into the schedule for networking/exhibit viewing, a 1hr-15 minute lunch break PLUS a Brownfields Showcase Reception will be held from 5:00 - 6:30 PM in the Terrace Foyer Exhibit Area.

Tear Down:

Please tear down your exhibit between 6:30-7:30 PM on Tuesday September 1st.

Please have at least one representative at your exhibit during the Showcase Reception.
